Why I'm In Real Estate

I got into real estate because I enjoy working with people in-person, and it's the perfect combination of all my passions. I also love playing a part in the community. For instance, I had the third-most community service hours in my graduating class, thanks to coaching basketball camps, lacrosse clinics, and trainings. I've continued this trend by coaching a U12 Dulles South lacrosse team this year and look forward to hosting my own clinics for locals this summer to give back to the area & game that made me who I am.

Real estate is just another way I can get involved in the community.

I'm an associate at RE/MAX Gateway, which is significant for both of us. I'm backed by one of the most experienced administrative teams in all of NOVA, not to mention the experienced mentors who have positioned me to deliver the best results. With each contract I draft being audited and processed by my firm, you can be assured of a trustworthy and quality experience.

What Makes Me Different

This is the most important section of this article. Having managed my own portfolio of stocks and crypto for four years, I've developed a solid understanding of money management, which I've brought into real estate. Additionally, I am always up-to-date with regulation changes and market conditions, sharing updates through my bi-weekly newsletter and social media. My technical skills are also a significant asset. I've been using AI for over a year to assist with various tasks, including helping my clients find the value of a home using a CMA (comparative market analysis) model that I refine every day. Furthermore, I'm a digital marketer specializing in SEO, social media ads, and much more. No matter what, I'll ensure your property gets the maximum exposure, thereby giving us more leverage.

How I Keep in Touch After a Transaction

It can be annoying when a realtor bombards your email after the transaction, so I've opted for a more laid-back approach with two options:

First, if you want to stay informed about the market and learn something new about the area every month, you can subscribe to my bi-weekly newsletter. It's the right amount of contact, doesn’t clog your email, and provides value.

Second, if the newsletter isn't for you, I'll only reach out once every three months to ask how things are and if you need anything. Whether you have real estate questions, want to remodel your home, or need any reliable contractor, I'm here to help. This way, I retain the value centric approach without being an annoyance.
